Telmo Rodríguez, LZ, D.O. Rioja, red wine, 0,75l Telmo Rodríguez LZ is a young red wine from the La Rioja region, made from Tempranillo, Graciano and Garnacha varieties. It is a very lively wine with great acidity and light movement in the glass. In the nose, you can feel subtle hints of fermentation and reduction, which are accompanied by a milky aroma and strawberry syrup. After oxidation, they give way to the earthy aroma of black and green pepper. LZ is a harsh and dynamic wine that has a long and fresh finish.

According to the winery itself, the wine is a tribute to all the winemakers of the 1920s. To make the wine, selected grapes from organic vineyards in the Lanziego area are used, which are fermented in small cement tanks for 6-7 months. The wine was awarded 91 points by the world-renowned wine connoisseur Robert Parker.
Telmo Rodríquez is a Spanish winery founded in 1994. He has a worldwide reputation as a pioneer supporting Spanish winemaking, a traveling oenologist and a "driving wine-maker". He earned this reputation mainly due to the fact that he travels for wines to individual regions in order to then produce wines from a single harvest using only the native varieties of the given region. In addition, he devotes special care to the restoration of forgotten vineyards. The Telmo Rodríquez brand reflects an immense love for wine and good winemaking.
Part of Telmo Rodríguez is the Bodega Lanziego project, which started in 1998 in the town of Lanziego with the aim of returning to its roots. A place with a beautiful landscape and a climate ideal for the production of purely local wine from Rioja. The result is limited production of high quality wines.
