El Nogal wine offers a complex full flavor enriched with fresh fruit tones and a pleasant floral aroma. It is grown in the El Nogel vineyard in sand and at an altitude of 950 meters.

The grapes of the Tempranillo variety from which the wine is produced are left in a special cooling chamber for 24 hours. Then there is a six-day wine maceration where the wine temperature must not exceed 12ºC. Consequently, a fermentation takes place in curved wooden vats for exactly 28 days. Secondary malolactic fermentation, which gives the wine a more rounded and fuller flavor, is then carried out in barrels of French oak. The wine then matures in selected oak barrels for 18 months.
