The vineyards from 1974 are located on clay and calcareous soils oriented to the north, and in the cultivation and production, the lunar cycles and the principles of organic farming are respected. It is a clean and elegant wine, characterized by a bright straw color with golden reflections. In the nose, there is a dominant fruity aroma, apples, pears and fennel stand out against the background of delicate pastries. On the palate it is persistent, fresh, elegant and very fruity. A unique wine that was produced in a limited quantity of 2,148 bottles.

Noguer Baix is an excellent sparkling wine of the Macabeu variety from the Penedès region of Catalonia. The 1974 vineyards are situated on north-facing clay and calcareous soils and the cultivation and production respect the lunar cycles and the principles of organic farming.
The sparkling wine is produced using the ancestrale method, pressed directly without de-stemming and then fermented spontaneously in 600 litre clay amphorae.
It is a pure and elegant wine with a bright straw colour and golden highlights. The nose is dominated by fruity aromas, with apples, pears and fennel on a background of fine pastry. On the palate it is persistent, fresh, elegant and very fruity. A unique wine that was produced in a limited quantity of 2 148 bottles.
Noguer Baix is suitable for appetizers, fish and seafood.
Anima Mundi is a relatively new project founded by Agustí Torelló Roca within the well-known family winery AT Roca. Following the philosophy instilled in him by his father Agustí Torelló Sibill, he seeks to maximise the expression of the environment through minimal intervention and maximum biodiversity. The result is a collection of biodynamic and natural wines without added sulphur, which are a pure reflection of the Penedès region.
