This is a wine made from the original Callet and Fogoneu varieties and, to a lesser extent, Syrah, Cabernet and Merlot. 12 Volts is a delicious wine with a fruity aroma, in which ripe red fruits and Mediterranean aromatic herbs stand out, in the background you can feel a hint of moist soil. It is juicy and balanced on the palate, with fruit and balsamic notes being particularly noticeable. It has a long and pleasant finish. 12 Volts is a delicious red wine from the 4 Kilos winery located in Mallorca. The island has a mild Mediterranean climate, characterized by very dry and hot summers and little rainfall. The result is high-quality wines that are gaining a reputation around the world.

Hand harvesting is followed by maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The temperature is carefully monitored - at the beginning it is kept at 20 °C and then it is increased to 28 °C. The entire process is completed by 9 months of aging in French oak barrels. The result is an excellent red wine of an intense red color with the aroma of ripe red fruit and Mediterranean herbs, which goes well with white meat, fish, lamb or semi-ripened cheeses.

The 4 Kilos winery is located in the town of Felanitx and its name comes from the colloquial expression for 4 million pesetas. This is precisely the amount that Francesc Grimalt and Sergio Caballero invested in the beginning to establish the winery. It was a modest investment that proves that good wine does not require money, but mainly passion and determination. At the 4 Kilos winery, they pay attention to rational agriculture, which is maximally respectful of the environment and minimally interferes with the surrounding landscape. They use native vegetation with a large microbiological population to ensure great biodiversity in the vineyard. Thanks to this, wines of excellent quality are created, which reflect honest work, a specific climate and love for craftsmanship.
